All items are offered subject to prior sale.
Postage and packing is charged at cost and is in addition to the quoted price.
Any order is subject to our normal terms of business, whereby title to any goods does not transfer from the seller until payment is received in full, and is made under English law.

Overseas customers: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), US dollar check, PayPal, or international money order made out in UK sterling, money order in US dollars, money order in euros

Return policy;
We run a 'no quibble' returns policy.
If we have made any error of collation or missed any significant flaw, or if we have failed to describe the condition honestly and accurately, we refund the cost of the book in full, plus the cost of outward shipping, plus the cost of your return shipping.
If you wish to return a book for any other reason, We refund the cost of the book, less a £5 handling charge. The cost of outward shipping is not refunded. The return shipping, and insurance, is at your expense.
In all cases, the returned book must be in our hands within one calendar month of the original sale, though exceptions can be made to this rule in special cases.
Any new damage suffered by the book will be charged pro-rata.

Verzendkosten op basis van kostprijs zijn voor rekening van de koper, evenals de eventuele kosten voor verzekerd en/of aangetekend verzenden. Bij waardevolle boeken behouden wij ons het recht voor de bestelling aangetekend te verzenden. Verzending geschiedt voor risico van de verkoper.

Bij bekende klanten binnen Nederland leveren we meestal op rekening. Ook ALTIJD uw telefoonnummer vermelden!

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden. Bestellingen kunnen schriftelijk, telefonisch of per email worden geplaatst. Ook kunt u de boeken inzien in onze winkel (ATTENTIE : wel liefst na kennisgeving hiervan vooraf). Alle boeken zijn volledig beschreven en in goede staat tenzij anders vermeld. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken, zijn niet altijd aangegeven. Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst aan verkoper retour gezonden worden; wel gaarne de door ons gemaakte portokosten vergoeden en een voorafgaande email wordt op prijs gesteld. Bij een retourzending ten gevolge van een onvolledige beschrijving vergoeden wij de retourporto. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

Postage $7.00 per book US for priority shipping/ Federal Express for first book and $2.00 for each succeeding title thereafter or $5.00 for Media mail shipping for first book & $1.00 for each succeeding title.(please note that packages shipped this method can take up to four weeks to arrive). International Orders $17.00 for surface rate shipping (we do try to use Global Priority Mail for quicker service whenever possible) over-sized books or heavy books would be quoted separately. All books mailed with care and in most cases will include automatic delivery confirmation for tracking ability. We offer a 20% dealer discount. Please let us know if order is for resale. · Titles are offered subject to prior sale. The chronology of incoming orders will be strictly respected.
· The books are generally in a good condition (minor defects are not always stated).
· Orders can be made by E-mail, fax, phone or letter.
· An E-mail will be sent to inform about the availability and the total cost (including shipping expenses).
· Payment has to be made in advance. The ordered books will be on hold for you during 2 weeks until we have received your payment.

Un ex-libris, l'autographe d'un propriétaire précédent, un léger état d'usure qui ne soit pas de nature à déprécier l'aspect général du volume, ne sont pas considérés comme des tares dignes d'être mentionnés.
· Vos commandes seront reçues par courrier électronique, par télécopie, par téléphone voire par lettre.
· A la réception d'une commande effectuée par courrier électronique, une confirmation vous sera retournée par la même voie, avec mention des frais d'expédition.
· Tout paiement devra impérieusement avoir été avant que les marchandises ne soient expédiées. A cet effet, les ouvrages commandés seront réservés pendant un délai de quinze jours.

Prices are quoted in Euro and do not include VAT (6%).
Shipping charges are by weight and equal to the value of postage. Billing is based on shipping with barcode. For fully insured delivery customers should request registered postage.
